We hope you are enjoying the last few weeks of summer break! As we get closer to the start of the 2021-2022 school year, we would like to bring the following information to your attention.
First Day of School
The first day of school for all students is Monday, August 9, 2021. More information to follow regarding specific dates for orientation, uniform sales, etc. Feel free to reach out to the office if you have specific questions and be sure to visit www.doveschools.org if you would like to view the calendar for this year, as well as the Return to In-Person Learning Plan.
Uniforms
All students are expected to be in full uniform starting the first day of school. For more information regarding the dress code, please view the Parent/Student Handbook on the Dove Schools website (https://www.doveschools.org/
In-Person Learning
For the 2021-2022 school year, Dove Schools is returning to in-person instruction, 5 days per week. We will not be offering a virtual-only option unless there are state-mandated requirements related to Covid-19. For families who have a child in 6th – 9th Grade who want to continue to remain virtual, we recommend Oklahoma Information and Technology School (OITS), which is part of Dove Schools. More information regarding OITS is available at oitsok.org.
The 2021/22 school supply list is attached to this message, we will send a message next week with all the orientation dates and times, which will take place during the first week of August.
